All Apologies (you guys get Nirvana references, right?)
I tried to post this as an answer, but I screwed something up so I deleted it, and so it’ll have to be a regular blog post. The question I was answering was Saint Roku University’s, but a lot of people have been writing me the same thing- variations on “I’m really sorry about how other fans are acting.”
You guys don’t have to apologize for anybody else’s behavior. I’m certainly not offended by any of the stuff I’ve been asked. Those rants I posted were supposed to be educational, in a way; like, “you probably didn’t know that we can’t re-write the show to better match a dream that you had last night that was really crazy because you ate four slices of pizza instead of three and slept on your arm funny, but here I am to tell you that we can’t.” I’m not at all put out by these questions. On the contrary, I’m happy that I get to use them to try to be jokey in a tumblr post. Also, even if I was really offended, I certainly wouldn’t tar everybody with the same brush, or blame every Korra fan for one person’s stupidity. So rest easy, StRU- there’s no harm done and nothing to apologize for. I appreciate your looking out for my fragile psyche, though, so I drew you a picture of Korra using my left hand:

So the finale’s coming up, right? Pretty exciting! Also, Comic Con’s just around the corner, which would be more exciting if I wasn’t staying at a hotel with a freeway in its name.
